What training options do you offer? We focus on live instructor led online training and also offer onsite training. We specialize our training courses in IT Risk Management, Agile Adoption and Release Management.

Who is the target audience for your training courses? Our onsite as well as live instructor led training courses are targeted for Enterprise customers. Our courses are suited for everyone who wants to acquire practical and fundamental knowledge in the offered subject matter of the training course. We offer training courses for Project Risk Management, Agile Adoption and Maturity as well as Change and Release Management.
Our Project Risk management training is for Project Management professionals and Functional Managers as well as for any professionals who want to learn and implement project risk management.
Our Agile training is for Agile practitioners, project and program managers, scrum masters, product owners and also for any professionals who want to learn and implement agile successfully.
Our Change and release management training is targeted for release management professionals, project and program managers and other professionals interested in how to manage releases effectively.

What is the duration of your training?
Onsite training options span from half a day to two days of training. Live instructor led online training courses will be customized to your defined learning outcomes and typically can take between 4 to 12 hours provided in multiple learning sessions.
How is the live instructor led online training course provided? We are using Zoom to conduct our training course. Zoom allows not only to share our training material with the attendees but also to engage actively with everyone. What is your training style? We believe that learning is a multi-step process and happens best by using a mix of knowledge sharing, explaining using real life examples and hands-on exercises as well as evaluation of learned material. Interaction with the attendees is key to ensure the provided material is not only absorbed but also understood. What does the training cost? As the price depends on your specific requirements please contact us for your inquiry at What is the minimum and the maximum number of people to attend your training? Minimum number of people to attend one of our training courses is 5 people and the maximum is 20 people. Based on our experience we learned that the minimum number of attendees is large enough to create a dynamic learning environment and the maximum number is small enough to get everyone’s voice heard and questions answered. When I attend a training course will I get any course material? All required course material will be provided to the attendees. Do I receive a certification when completing your training? You will receive a certification of completion from Interglobe Consulting at the end of your training course when you attend at least 90 percent and demonstrate active participation throughout the course.
